Fold back polyethylene sleeve on male and female ends of pipe. Apply recommended bead of caulk on urethane foam at male end of pipe.

Apply PVC glue to both ends of PVC pipe.

Slide pipe together until ends fit snugly against each other.

Fold back polyethylene sleeve on one side of joint.

Roll polyethylene sleeve on the opposite side of joint, over joint, toward folded back section of polyethylene sleeve and tape to secure polyethylene in place.

Roll opposite sleeve over taped sleeve to complete overlapping of polyethylene sleeves over joints and then tape.
